Nexus Bot collects and stores the following information to provide its services:
- Server IDs, names, and icons for servers where the bot is installed
- User IDs for moderation logs, warnings, and leveling data
- Message content only when specifically triggered by commands or logging features
- Configuration settings you set through the dashboard
How We Use Your Information
We use collected data to:
- Provide bot functionality (moderation, logging, leveling, welcome messages)
- Display statistics on the dashboard
- Improve the bot and fix bugs
Data Retention
We retain data for as long as your server uses the bot. When the bot is removed from a server, data may be deleted after 30 days. You can request immediate data deletion by contacting us.
Third-Party Services
We use Discord's API for authentication and bot functionality. Please review Discord's privacy policy for information on how they handle data.
