By adding Nexus Bot to your Discord server or using the web dashboard, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server.

Use of Service

You agree to:

• Use the bot in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service
• Not use the bot for illegal activities or harassment
• Not attempt to abuse, exploit, or overload the bot
• Not use the bot to distribute spam or malicious content

Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. The bot may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the bot at any time. We may also update these terms, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

Limitation of Liability

The bot is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for any actions taken by the bot based on your configuration, including moderation actions on your server members.
